If you cannot download, and instead the file just starts to play in your default media player, follow these steps to fix your settings back to default (Microsoft Windows only):
-----------
1. Go to "Folder Options" (you can get there from Control Panel, or from the Tools menu in any Explorer window).
2. Click on the "File Types" tab.
3. Scroll down to "WMA", select it, and click "Advanced".
4. Make sure the box "Confirm open after download" has a check/tick in it, then click "OK".
-----------
Now when you click on Download, you should be asked if you would like to Save or Open the file, so click Save and all will be well in the world.
If you still have problems, just drop us an email or reply on this page and I'll try my best to help.
