What makes you squirm more decapitation or bones snapping.

For some reason whilst I can watch a guy get sawn in half, the slightest sound of a bone breaking makes me queasy...

Do eyeballs being plucked out make you squirm? I think anything where an object is nearing an eyeball is very off setting.
